ABOUT THE PRACTICE
What exactly do you do as a Holistic Health Consultant?
I help clients uncover and address the root causes of their health challenges through functional nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle guidance. My approach is educational and trauma-informed, focusing on the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
You’ll learn how to support your holistic health naturally through customized, step-by-step plans.
Are you a doctor or do you diagnose medical conditions?
No. I’m a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Clinical Herbalist, not a licensed medical doctor. My services are educational and designed to complement—not replace—your primary medical care. I don’t diagnose, prescribe, or treat disease.
Can you work with my doctor or specialist?
Absolutely. Many of my clients work with both holistic and conventional providers. I’m happy to collaborate with your medical team and help you interpret labs or understand treatment recommendations from a holistic perspective.
Who do you typically work with?
I work with adults seeking to heal naturally from issues related to:
- Gut and digestive disorders (IBS, leaky gut, SIBO)
- Hormonal imbalances (thyroid, adrenal, reproductive)
- Nervous system dysregulation (anxiety, trauma, fatigue)
- Chronic inflammation, autoimmune conditions, and burnout

How do virtual consultations work?
All sessions take place via a secure video platform (Zoom or Practice Better). You’ll complete detailed intake forms ahead of time, then we’ll meet face-to-face online. Afterward, you’ll receive a customized wellness plan within 48 hours that includes your nutrition, herbal, and lifestyle recommendations.
You can meet with me from anywhere in the world—all you need is a stable internet connection.
Do you offer in-person appointments?
Currently, all consultations and programs are offered virtually. This allows me to serve clients worldwide while providing flexible, trauma-sensitive care from the comfort of your home.

How do I get started?

Do you accept insurance?
I don’t bill insurance, but you may be able to use your HSA or FSA for reimbursement. Upon request, I can provide a superbill for services under the category of health education or nutrition consulting.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards are accepted through our secure online checkout system. Payment plans are available for select programs and workshops.
Do you offer refunds?
Because my work involves personalized preparation and educational content, refunds aren’t typically offered once services have begun. However, if you’re not satisfied after your initial consultation, please reach out—I’ll always do my best to make it right.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes—sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows without notice may forfeit the session fee.
PROGRAMS, WORKSHOPS & MEMBERSHIP
What’s the difference between 1:1 sessions and your group programs?
Private consultations are highly individualized and ideal for complex health issues or deeper one-on-one guidance.
Group programs, on the other hand, provide a structured educational experience, community support, and guided implementation over several weeks. Both options offer personalized care—just in different formats.
Do I have to join the membership to work with you?
Not at all! The membership is perfect for those who want ongoing learning and community, while consultations and programs are more structured. Many clients begin with a 1:1 consultation, then join the membership for continued education and support.
How do I access the membership content?
Once you join, you’ll receive access to our private online member space, where you’ll find:
- Monthly live classes
- Recorded replays
- Herbal spotlights
- Community chat threads
- Downloadable resources
You’ll also get email reminders before each live event.
Are your workshops live or pre-recorded?
Both! I host monthly live workshops that include Q&A and interaction, and replays are available for 7–14 days afterward. You can also purchase past workshop replays through the Wellness Library section of the site.
🌾 HERBAL & SUPPLEMENT QUESTIONS
Do you recommend specific brands or sell products?
Yes, I provide practitioner-grade herbal and supplement recommendations through a secure online dispensary (like Fullscript). Clients receive a discount and the freedom to purchase wherever they prefer. I may earn a small practitioner margin, but my goal is always to prioritize quality, safety, and your budget.
Can you create custom herbal formulas?
Yes, I often create personalized herbal formulations for clients as part of their care plan. These may include tinctures, teas, or blends tailored to your unique constitution and goals.
Are herbs safe to use with medications?
Many herbs can safely complement conventional medicine—but some interactions exist. During your consultation, we’ll review your medications and medical history to ensure your recommendations are safe and appropriate.
Do I need to stop my current medication or supplements?
No. You should never stop any prescribed medication without consulting your prescribing doctor. My role is to educate, support, and collaborate with your existing care team—not replace it.
GENERAL
How quickly will I see results?
Everyone’s timeline is different. Many clients begin to notice improvements in energy, digestion, and mood within 2–4 weeks, while deeper healing may take 3–6 months or longer.
Healing is a journey—not a race—and we’ll celebrate progress every step of the way.
Do you work with children or teens?
At this time, my practice focuses on adults 18 and older. However, I may provide family-based education and guidance in special circumstances.
Can I contact you between sessions?
