What are Arani Botanicals products made from?
Every oil, balm, butter, serum and mist is made by hand in small batches with plant oils, butters, waxes, dried botanicals and essential oils. Full ingredients are listed on each product page. Please check them if you have sensitivities or allergies.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are made with simple botanical ingredients, but any plant can cause a reaction for some people. Patch-test a small amount on your inner arm and wait 24 hours before regular use. Stop using any product that causes irritation.
Can your products treat a skin or health condition?
No. Arani Botanicals products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. For any health concern, please talk with a licensed healthcare provider.
How long do the products last?
Most oils, balms and butters are best used within 6 to 12 months of opening. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep water out of jars and use clean, dry hands or a spatula.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are made and packed by hand and ship within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are handmade personal-care items, we can’t accept returns of opened or used products. If something arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund it. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
How does the Ambassador Program work?
Ambassadors share a personal code. Customers who use it get 10% off, and ambassadors get 20% off their own purchases as a thank-you. Applications are reviewed by hand. Apply here.
