This policy explains how Nadine Smiley, doing business as Arani Botanicals and the Arani Naturopathic Institute (“we,” “us,” “our”), collects and uses your information when you visit nadinesmiley.com, place an order, enroll in a program, or contact us.

- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers (WooPayments/Stripe, PayPal, and buy-now-pay-later options such as Affirm, Afterpay and Klarna). We never see or store your full card number.
- Account and program information: if you create an account, enroll in the Naturopathic Practitioner Program, or apply to be an ambassador, we keep the details you give us.
- Messages: anything you send us through forms or email.

We keep order records as long as needed for taxes, accounting, and customer support, and other information only as long as it’s useful for the purposes above.
