My journey into natural health began not in a classroom, but in the quiet desperation of a mother watching her infant son suffer. When my son was a baby, his eczema was so severe that the skin on his neck and torso would crack open and bleed. Watching him in pain while conventional medicine offered little more than steroid creams that never truly healed him, I knew there had to be a better way. That search for answers led me down a path I never expected — and one I have never looked back from. Natural healing didn't just change my son's life. It changed mine.

What started as a mother's desperate search for answers became a lifelong calling. I went back to school, committed myself fully to the study of natural health, and over the past 20 years have built a deep, comprehensive foundation in integrative wellness. I am a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, a Gut Health Nutritional Specialist, a Certified Trauma Recovery Specialist, and a trained Herbalist and Iridologist. Each credential represents not just hours of study, but years of lived practice — working with real people navigating real health challenges and witnessing the profound power of the body to heal when given the right support.

I believe the body is not broken — it is communicating. Every symptom, every imbalance, every flare-up is the body's way of asking for something it needs. My approach to healing is rooted in listening — to the body, to the whole person, and to the wisdom of nature that has supported human health for thousands of years. I don't chase symptoms. I look for root causes. Healing is not a destination. It is a relationship you build with yourself.

I founded Arani Naturopathic Institute because I believe this knowledge should not be kept in the hands of a few. Through the Institute, I am building a community of informed, empowered, and certified natural health practitioners who carry this wisdom forward — into their homes, their communities, and their practices. My vision is simple: a world where natural healing is not the alternative, but the foundation.
